OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES

This competition (hereinafter, the “Competition”) is organized and administered by Proveedora Din, SA de CV, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States (hereinafter, the “Organizer”). The Competition is conducted exclusively through the digital platform operated by the Organizer (the “Platform”).

2.1 The Competition does NOT constitute, under any circumstances: a) gambling, b) betting, c) a game of chance, d) a lottery, e) a raffle, f) a sweepstakes, g) a financial activity, h) an investment scheme, i) a promise of income, j) or a system of economic compensation for the consumption of content. 2.2 The Competition is a skill-based digital competition exclusively determined by: a) user activity within the Platform, b) relative performance compared to other participants, c) the application of objective rules defined by the Organizer, d) community participation through voting mechanisms, e) and criteria related to skill, consistency, and compliance with these Rules. 2.3 There is NO element of randomness, chance, luck, or lottery in: a) the accumulation of Points, b) ranking positions, c) finalist selection, d) or the determination of winners.

3.1 NO purchase, payment, subscription, or economic consideration of any kind is required in order to: a) register on the Platform, b) participate in the Competition, c) accumulate Points, d) appear in rankings, e) be eligible as a finalist, f) or be considered a potential winner. 3.2 Participation in the Competition is completely free of charge. 3.3 Any interaction with third-party content, advertisements, or external links displayed on the Platform is entirely independent from the Competition and does NOT constitute a condition for participation.

4.0 Product nomenclature (May 2026): the live interface labels ledger accumulation from eligible sponsor interactions as POWER. The competition ordering metric is SCORE, defined as POWER multiplied by competition votes on the participant’s finalist photo multiplied by (1 if a qualifying photo is uploaded for the cycle, 0 if not). Where this Section uses the word “Points,” it refers to POWER unless the context is strictly historical archival. 4.1 Participants may accumulate “Points” within the Platform pursuant to the rules defined by the Organizer. 4.2 Points: a) are NOT money, b) do NOT represent money, c) have NO monetary value, d) are NOT convertible into money or cash, e) are NOT transferable, f) are NOT redeemable, g) do NOT constitute credit, h) do NOT generate vested rights, i) do NOT represent present or future income. 4.3 Points have the SOLE purpose of: a) determining relative ranking positions, b) establishing eligibility for participation in final phases of the Competition.

5.1 The Competition operates on a weekly cycle. Each cycle begins at 00:00 on Monday (Central Standard Time, Mexico — America/Mexico_City) and ends at the next Monday 00:00, as shown on the Platform countdown. That end instant is the first moment after Sunday ends in local civil time (Sunday night rollover). 5.2 During each weekly cycle: a) participants may accumulate Points, b) dynamic rankings are generated, c) anti-fraud mechanisms and weighting systems are applied. 5.3 At the end of each weekly cycle, only participants ranked at the top according to the applicable rules may access the final phase of the Competition for that cycle.

6.1 There is no separate final sub-window: the countdown tracks a single moment — the end of the current weekly cycle (Monday 00:00 America/Mexico_City). Casting and adjusting votes among eligible finalists follows the then-current user interface until vote tally locking for results at that moment, as implemented on the Platform. 6.2 The number of finalists is limited and determined according to internal rules published on the Platform. 6.3 Access to the final phase is NOT guaranteed and depends exclusively on relative performance.

7.1 In order to participate as finalist, users must have uploaded one photograph before vote tally locking for the cycle. The photograph may be changed at any time before that lock, subject to: a) content rules, b) moderation processes, c) technical and visual requirements, d) express acceptance of content licenses. e) Each participant shall remain solely responsible for ensuring that any images they upload comply with applicable laws and regulations, and shall be exclusively liable for such content. In the event that any uploaded image is found to be illegal, the platform reserves the right to report such content to the appropriate authorities. 7.2 The Organizer reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, moderate, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion. 7.3 Competition photo content standards (non-exhaustive): a) Zero-tolerance: any material suggesting a person under 18 years of age, or showing animals or children being harmed, tortured, or killed, may result in immediate permanent IP-level access termination on first offense without prior warning. b) Prohibited: sexual assault scenarios, suicide, graphic self-harm, scatological or feces-related imagery, and images bearing another platform's watermark, logo, or embedded site URL. c) Submissions should fit the competition presentation purpose described on the Platform; duplicate or reposted entries may be removed. d) Titles must be clear and honest; misleading or clickbait captions may be removed. e) Harassment of other participants or attempts to publish private identifying information (doxxing) violate Platform policy and may be reported to the Organizer.

8.1 During the Competition, users with a valid account may cast votes among eligible finalists as provided in the user interface. 8.2 Each user may select up to three (3) distinct eligible finalists per Competition cycle (up to one vote per selected finalist) and may add or remove selections as the interface allows until vote tally locking for results, as implemented on the Platform. The permitted number of selections may be changed; the in-product rules control. 8.3 Votes: a) have no monetary value, b) cannot be purchased, c) cannot be transferred, d) may be weighted, e) may be adjusted or devalued through anti-fraud systems.

9.1 The Competition may contemplate the delivery of prizes to certain winners. 9.2 Prizes: a) are NOT guaranteed, b) are NOT promised in advance, c) do NOT constitute consideration, d) do NOT derive from participant contributions. 9.3 Any prize, if awarded, will be funded exclusively from revenues generated by the general operation of the Platform during prior periods. 9.4 The amount, nature, and number of prizes are determined on a discretionary and ex-post basis. 9.5 Current cycle prize amounts will be displayed on the website. 9.6 If a participant’s SCORE for the cycle is zero, no prize amount attaches to that participant’s displayed rank on the Platform; published prize amounts for ranks apply only where SCORE is greater than zero, and all prizes remain discretionary and ex-post as stated above.

10.1 Any tax obligations arising from the receipt of a prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

11.1 The Organizer may disqualify participants for: a) fraud, b) abuse, c) manipulation, d) violation of these Rules, e) suspicious or irregular behavior. 11.2 The Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time.

12.1 These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. 12.2 Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico. ============================================================ END OF OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES ============================================================
