1.2 This document does NOT constitute:
a) a promise of income,
b) an economic offer,
c) a payment agreement,
d) a guaranteed reward expectation,
e) nor a description of compensated activity.

SECTION 2. DEFINITION OF “POINTS”

2.1 “Points” are internal, abstract, non-monetary units used exclusively within the Platform.

2.2 Points exist solely as a technical mechanism for relative measurement between users.

2.3 Points do not exist outside the Platform and have no independent value.

SECTION 3. FUNDAMENTAL DECLARATION: POINTS ≠ MONEY

3.1 Points:
a) are NOT money,
b) do NOT represent money,
c) have NO monetary value,
d) are NOT currency,
e) are NOT assets,
f) are NOT financial instruments,
g) are NOT credits,
h) are NOT rights to payment.

3.2 Under no circumstances may Points:
a) be converted into money,
b) be redeemed,
c) be withdrawn,
d) be transferred,
e) be sold,
f) be inherited.

SECTION 4. TOTAL ABSENCE OF EMPLOYMENT OR ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIP

4.1 Accumulation of Points does NOT create:
a) an employment relationship,
b) a service relationship,
c) a commission relationship,
d) an agency relationship,
e) a compensated contractual relationship.

4.2 The User is NOT:
a) an employee,
b) a contractor,
c) a provider,
d) a compensated collaborator.

SECTION 5. SOLE PURPOSE OF POINTS

5.1 Points are used SOLELY to:
a) order internal rankings,
b) compare relative performance,
c) determine eligibility for competitive phases.

5.2 Points do NOT guarantee:
a) access to finals,
b) visibility,
c) prizes,
d) specific outcomes.

SECTION 6. GENERAL ACCUMULATION MECHANICS

6.1 Points may be accumulated as a result of:
a) activity within the Platform,
b) legitimate interaction,
c) compliance with rules.

6.2 The Operator is not obligated to disclose:
a) exact formulas,
b) weightings,
c) specific values,
d) internal algorithms.

SECTION 7. VARIABILITY AND DEVALUATION

7.1 Points:
a) may vary,
b) may decrease,
c) may be devalued,
d) may be adjusted.

7.2 Devaluation may occur without prior notice.

7.3 No User has vested rights to any specific number of Points.

SECTION 8. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN POINTS AND PRIZES

8.1 Points are NOT prizes.

8.2 Points do NOT represent future prizes.

8.3 Prizes, if any:
a) are independent,
b) are determined ex-post,
c) depend on the Operator’s discretionary decisions.

SECTION 9. ABSENCE OF GUARANTEES

9.1 The Operator does NOT guarantee:
a) continuous accumulation,
b) stability,
c) results,
d) prizes.

9.2 Use of the Points system is at the User’s sole risk.

SECTION 10. SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS

10.1 The Operator may modify the Points system at any time.

10.2 Such modifications may affect:
a) accumulation,
b) rankings,
c) eligibility.

SECTION 11. ACCEPTANCE

11.1 Participation in the Platform constitutes express acceptance of this explanation.

SECTION 12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1 This document is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

12.2 Any dispute shall be submitted to competent courts in Mexico.
