1.3 If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must immediately refrain from using the Platform.

2.3 The Platform does NOT offer:
a) payment for viewing,
b) guaranteed income,
c) economic compensation for activity,
d) financial products,
e) betting,
f) games of chance.

4.2 The Operator may assign anonymous identifiers or authentication mechanisms.

4.3 Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

SECTION 5. POINTS SYSTEM (POINTS ≠ MONEY)

5.2 Points:
a) are not money,
b) do not represent money,
c) have no monetary value,

6.2 Rankings are dynamic and subject to change.

6.3 The Operator makes no guarantees regarding visibility, position, or outcomes.

7.1 Users may upload content subject to strict rules.

7.2 The Operator may moderate, remove, or reject content at its sole discretion.

7.3 The User grants a non-exclusive license for content usage as defined by Platform rules.

SECTION 8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

8.1 Prohibited conduct includes:
a) fraud,
b) manipulation,
c) use of bots,
d) system abuse,
