1 This document governs the terms under which Users upload, submit, publish, or otherwise make available any content within the Platform (the “User Content”).

2 This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and Proveedora Din, SA de CV (the “Operator”).

SECTION 2. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

1 The User acknowledges and agrees that ownership of User Content remains with the User, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 The Operator does not acquire ownership of User Content.

SECTION 3. GRANT OF LICENSE

3.1 By uploading User Content, the User grants the Operator a license that is:
a) non-exclusive,
b) royalty-free,
c) irrevocable,
d) worldwide,
e) sublicensable,
f) for the maximum duration permitted by law.

3.2 The license includes, without limitation, the right to:
a) host,
b) store,
c) reproduce,
d) display,
e) distribute,
f) transmit,
g) adapt,
h) resize,
i) crop,
j) moderate,
k) remove,
l) use for operational, promotional, or technical purposes.

SECTION 4. NO COMPENSATION

4.1 The User acknowledges that:
a) no compensation is owed,
b) no payment is guaranteed,
c) no obligation to publish exists,
d) no obligation to use exists.

SECTION 5. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

5.1 The User represents and warrants that:
a) the User is an adult,
b) the User owns the rights to the User Content,
c) necessary consents have been obtained,
d) the User Content does not infringe third-party rights,
e) the User Content is legal in the User’s jurisdiction.

SECTION 6. PROHIBITED CONTENT

6.1 It is strictly prohibited to upload User Content that:
a) involves minors,
b) is illegal,
c) infringes rights,
d) is fraudulent,
e) violates Platform rules.

SECTION 7. MODERATION AND REMOVAL

7.1 The Operator may:
a) review,
b) approve,
c) reject,
d) remove User Content at its discretion.

7.2 Moderation does not create any obligation.

SECTION 8. INDEMNIFICATION

8.1 The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claims arising from User Content.

SECTION 9. MORAL RIGHTS

============================================================

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the User waives the exercise of moral rights regarding use of User Content under this license.

SECTION 10. DURATION

============================================================

10.1 The license shall remain in effect even after account deletion, to the extent necessary for legal, technical, or historical purposes.

SECTION 11. MODIFICATIONS

1 This document may be modified at any time.

2 Continued use implies acceptance.

SECTION 12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1 This document is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

12.2 Any dispute shall be submitted to competent courts in Mexico.
